Eagle in the Woods

The eagle is a traditional symbol of power, peace, and friendship, and in this image, it perches on a mist-covered branch in the serene forest of the west coast. The background for this photo was taken during an early morning walk across the street from my mother's house. In my mind's eye, I envisioned a majestic eagle that seemed to have found the perfect perch, and the scene was so captivating that I had to retrieve my camera to capture the start of this photo illustration.
